Service Description

Weathertightness reports are an indepth look at a buildings weathertightness. Checking for leaks or or rot or areas of concern. Maintenance reports are a report on the current state of the property from a maintenance perspective only. QA Reports cover checking workmanship, Compliance with Council/Building Code regulations. *Terms and conditions apply. The full quoted price will be sent out as part of the Letter of Engagement. All bookings are not confirmed until Letter of Engagement has been agreed too.
